MEET THE OWNER of Club Kickbox

Brian Mower

Brian Mower is a 6 Degree Black Belt and has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. 

He opened the facility in 1993 first as BMI Karate focusing on building confidence and discipline in kids and now as a kickboxing studio with the mission of helping 5,000 people in the Germantown Community live healthier and become happier by making fitness a part of their lives. 

We do that by offering Fun, Motivating and Effective workouts in a welcoming and supportive environment that people actually enjoy coming to. 

The unique approach of combining a Fun Workout with Nutrition and Accountability has helped hundreds of people to transform their lives.
